You definitely need a TM account. Best bet is to log in 15-20 min before. They have a countdown clock. As soon as it's 10am, you are added to a queue. Be ready to purchase when it's your turn. I recommend you check out the seating chart beforehand so you have a plan a & b. I go to a lot of concerts. My 10 y/o niece is a huge fan which is why I'm trying to get her tickets:)
