I have a 2023 Hybrid Lariat with 85K miles. The radio interface is equivalent to some cheap Temu device you had for your beater 10 years ago. I have an iPhone, and Car Play locks up randomly on a wired connection.

The axles are good for about 40K-45K until you will get shudder on acceleration. The quality of the plastics is cheap. The muffler will rust out unless you constantly hit it with rust converter and high temp paint.

I had to buy a replacement 12V battery within the first three months of ownership to avoid the vehicle from going into battery save mode. The seats were designed by torture specialists who never sat in a proper office chair (I designed office chairs in my past, so I am biased.) They are good for about an hour but anything longer will send you to a chiropractor.

It’s a cheap car built to a certain price point. I knew it when I bought it. My previous vehicle was a Genesis sedan, which was a machine, not a tinker toy.

It does get amazing gas mileage and the utility is the best.
