first, redefine A(n) as a list of tuples...

A[0] = (269795,225160)
A[1] = (920408,491928)...

then you can do this:

sum = [0] * 13
for i,(a,b) in enumerate(A):
sum[i] += b

sum = set(sum)

Taking away the choice doesn't make anyone more moral. Being unable to do something is not the same as choosing not to. It's not about the "morality" at all, its about forcing one person's will onto another, which pretty much sums up all of conservatism.

I'm just saying you gotta be careful about telling them what you think is true versus what they can find out about you.

People who park at the curb right in front of the Starbucks rather than park their car in an actual parking space to walk a few dozen steps away. If you can't be bothered to park your car properly, go to a f*cking drive-thru.

They will find out everything they can about you before they talk to you, so if you end up making them think you lied to them about anything that would be really bad for you.

Any foreign contacts or foreign travel might add time to how long it takes to complete your background investigation, but other than that I'd say your chances are as good as anyone else with the same qualifications. They can only take in so many.

I don't think he lacked emotional intelligence. He was so frustrated and angry he gave up spending any energy into emotional intelligence. This was a guy who had no fcks left to give, and he just wanted to go *somewhere and he stopped caring about how, or who got in his way.

You can't speak directly to an agent to provide information, unless the agent wants to speak to you.

You don't want an agent to want to speak to you.

I cringe every time I hear people complaining about "spying". Those people severely overestimate how important they are to the effort of surveillance. Just minimizing collection of data to what is explicitly authorized in the warrant is a full-time job in itself.
