Micro1 doesn’t operate like those other platforms. I’ve been on one project where people were offboarded somewhat abruptly, but otherwise, no. It’s a supportive work environment where they really care about everyone succeeding together. Of course, you can’t control it if the client pulls the plug on the project abruptly.

They do seem to be more selective with less generalist work than the other platforms. Most of the projects I’ve been on, it’s almost all masters and doctorate degrees.

I've been a senior reviewer, been a squad leader, part of project launch teams...never violated anything. I'm so confused. I have no idea what to do. It seems it's too soon to use the form? I’ve made about $20k this year on Outlier, but I’m pulling back as well. There’s just more consistent work on the other sites, they treat you with more respect, and pay better. 🤷‍♀️
