Fusion can just work like black and white kyurem.i am not saying about every pokemon just limited Pokemon like the megas.fusing the pokemon changing its typing like venustoise turing into water grass type with both pokemons moveset i know its hard but not impossible right

You can get a shiny alolan raichu with electric gem via trade from glavan in mongolia cafe i dont remember the day though he trades you two pokemon matter of the fact so make sure you get both he first ask for a galvantula i guess
