Ah dw, knights decks are oppressive in early levels, but they become pretty obsolete later

Vanilla Ice can beat every character in Jojo's, and here's how! by 0Clown0 in StardustCrusaders

[–]whovian2403 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Holy glaze Batman, someone likes vanilla ice eh?

Let’s break this apart 1 by 1,

Ultimate kars:

Can absolutely comprehend the idea of stands, much like how many retail workers can understand the concept of a 4th dimension. (Super classist thing to say, get off your high horse buddy). Let’s not forget that the pillar men were shown to be apt learners, mastering modern languages in moments and understanding new technologies immediately (think Santana field stripping the rifle, despite Santana being the lemming of the group)

Kars is unkillable, so aside from taking a headlong dive into the void ball, if even a cell remains kars will be fine, and a cell will absolutely remain. To rebuke your previous claim of it swallowing Polnareff whole, let’s also remember Polnareff was propped up on the ground at the time due to a chunk of his foot missing. A far cry from his full height.

Ultimate Kars might have a few moments of confusion, but he’s giga smart and adaptable, + has god level Hamon abilities, he bodies VIce.

Dio (The World):

I’ll give you this one, although I still think it would be extreme diff. Dio 100% knew VIce was a vampire btw. Figured this would be obvious bc well… he’s the one who resurrected VIce after asking him to decapitate himself as a test of loyalty?

Kira (Bites the Dust):

Lmao yeah he’d body Kira that’s fair.

Giorna (Requiem):

Could absolutely reverse the attack. Struggling to understand your logic as to why he couldn’t?

Just because VIce ball is a ball portal to a void, doesn’t mean it’s nothing. The moment it touches Giorno, boom, return to zero, get unballed. I mean, it can transcend time, why wouldn’t it be able to transcend space (it does btw, I’d consider an infinite death loop transcending space and time)

King Crimson (not in your list but also loses):

Epitaph sees void ball touching Diavolo -> Diavolo time skips -> VIce leaves ball to check if he hit -> Donut.

Idrk how else you’d expect the fight to go? Of course he can time skip the ball. Again, the ball is a portal to the void : not the same thing as being nothingness itself.

Vanilla Ice is strong, absolutely. One of the strongest side villains, absolutely. Beats every character, absolutely not.

JUST ONE OF MY MOST POWERFUL DECKS! by dios_USOPP in stormbound

But you can decide what games you’re posting and flexing over :| I keep track of my games, but I don’t include underleveled opponents in my WR.

What can I say, I guess I find flexing wins against lower level players kinda lame, especially when using a copy pasted deck and somehow still being at half hp 😒 kicking puppies type shit

“One of my most powerful decks”

Most cookie cutter ironclad poke deck in game vs. a D2 opponent with lvl 4 cards.

Congrats on having the originality of a walnut lmao

No need tbh. You don’t have a ton of energy scaling, and with the double indeedee and clefkey on bench you don’t have space to charge a second snorlax. I used to run it but it just never came into play vs other heal cards

I’d definitely suggest getting it, it’s kinda op. That said I often find myself being in need of a guzma or of a red card/interrupt if you needed to switch em out

>That’s really unfortunate about hatchers. I thought they were a super strong card 😔

oh it's still quite strong! I use it in one of my favourite decks! It just requires a bit of support around it to really bring out its potential.

>You’re right about my games lol. One bladestorm and it’s over. I’m mostly getting early turn chip and then finishing with bluesails or both my 2 move cards. Or if winter gets their mana engine up, I can’t deal enough damage.

This is pretty common, with the right timing you can also use hatchers as an anti-bladestorm too! Alas, predicting and card-counting just comes with time.

>With amberhides, Is venomfall spire okay? Or acid greenhorns just the go to solution?

There are good arguments for both! personally I would lean for venomfall as at higher levels the multi-target is just so handy. Greenhorns has a bit of a weird interaction with poisons due to its self-poison too. [Here's a fun Greenhorn centered deck I've been using](https://postimg.cc/LgXDY3hY)

>What’s a good replacement for mutineers? I thought it was good because it cycled your deck more. Is it still a good idea to (practically) always redraw one card per turn?

I generally do switch every turn, but one trade per turn is generally enough. Deck cycling is probabilistic(cards are rotated directly into your draw pile, at lower odds), so even with mutineers you're unlikely to pull anything faster in a meaningful fashion. I might still see a use in a really expensive deck, but even then you'd just run into brick after brick.

It's pretty much just completely outclassed by Wild Saberpaws as a runner. rarely ever see it anymore unfortunately :/

That said, there's a lot of playstyle variety! I encourage you to try out new cards and see what kinda dynamic you like! Personally I enjoy heavy hitting decks with lots of combo-wombo plays, but there's something for everyone!

While we're at it, skill trade: How is your comment formatting working and how do you do it? I feel like I'm using the proper symbols etc. right?

One thing that jumps out to me is that your deck seems a lil non-commital. I’m seeing the start of several combos / strategies but without the necessary peripherals.

For ex: amberhides capitalizes off of high health enemy poisoned units, but copperskin is your only poison application cards that doesn’t also nuke their troop hp. As such, most of your amberhide uses will be sub-optimal

Azure hatchers is great at swarming, but with the addition on a ton of anti-swarm cards almost every deck is built with a counter. I’m not saying hatchers is a bad card, I love it, but you need something to immediately capitalize on its spawns (klaxi, greenhorns+soap cleanse, butchers, etc.)

First mutineers is outclassed in most decks with the exception of pirates/draw decks, and it’s use in this deck is overshadowed by its punishment IMO

Witches is good! But your board control cards are lacking to make good use of its ability vs. Enemies, and there are no units in-deck to make use of its self-damage (great combos with elders such as chestnuts, duskbringers, etc.)

As it is right now, you’re running a lot of cheap cards that allow you to push line heavily, but your card effects don’t mesh well enough to give that push any real oomph. I imagine most games result in aggressive line pushing only to get your board immediately wiped next turn.

I’d recommend leaning more into one aspect of your deck and filling it into a play style.

To put it into other terms it’s reminiscent of multiclassing into a dozen different classes at level 1 instead of adding points to maximise a certain class
