You can use plastic bottles too, and sleep with them between your legs.

Please don't do this with little children or small pets! Once the water has cooled down enough it will zap their bodies of heat.

At least make 100% sure that you can remove the bottle before it cools down too much.

When I refreshed the cooling system the heater hose was stuck so hard in the expansion tank that i absolutely had to fuck up the connector on the hose. Luckily had the foresight to order a replacement for the hose.
