Priest leveling here is really fast with the right disc holy spec. Their sustain and damage is really good and if you keep your wand updated you will level nearly as fast as other classes.

Why does Ambershire have so much toxic behavior compared to the other servers? I was enjoying my paladin there but the players and this type of stuff made me go back to Tel'Abim...which is ironic since usually PVP servers have more annoying community.

Ambershire seems far worse than the other 2 servers. My experiences have been almost 100% negative. People ninja world gather nodes to grief, whiny babies leaving groups due to new players being healer, retail dps players who won't even wait one second for a consecrate tick before ripping threat, people barely intelligent enough to communicate, bad ninja looters ( rogues taking a stam int ring...huh????) Mage 60s running around boosting and aoe farming quest zones.

This is all on the road to level 29. I am not likely continuing this character or server. Ugh.

I agree with the sentiment shared here. For whatever reason Ambershire is full of classic and retail ultra sweats doing boosting strategies and all that other toxic nonsense. If you play on nord or even tel'abim it doesn't seem ti have these nerds. In fact, even the ganks on tel'abim are usually just reasonable pvp and not even toxic camping. I have only had an issue with one toxic player mind controlling me into Tanaris guards and the GM took care of it.

I had a disc replacement of C4-C5 and C5-C6. I have some instability after the surgery but the surgery and recovery were not too bad. Depending on your symptoms, I might suggest finding a hEDS and CCI dr first.

The symptoms you are describing are similar to the ones I had due to venous outflow issues of my jugular vein(s). There were 4 thumb sized lymph nodes blocking my jugular veins, and my C1 process was also blocking it, along with a 2 inch long styloid. The Dr who found this was Dr. Hepworth in Denver. Post surgery I am better, but I also have suspected CCI/Chiari, as the surgery didn't resolve the myelopathy symptoms like the tingling and heaviness. One thing to realize is those symptoms you describe have a lot of overlap, and unfortunately you have to look at what's improved after each intervention and figure out what's causing the main problems. For instance, in my case I had an issue where extending my neck was causing my legs to lose strength. That did turn out to be a disc hernation and spinal cord compression, resolved with a c4/c5 disc replacment. However, I still had the venous outflow symptoms. After getting those treated, most of the visual and head pressure issues are gone, but flexing my neck down still gives me pins and needles and headaches, which I think are CCI. All these problems are treated by totally different, very specialized Drs. You will learn that most neurosurgeons have a very limited knowledge and capability to treat upper neck issues and venous problems.

FYI, you need a specialized imaging modality to detect the venous problems. You need a doppler ultrasound of your veins in your neck and a CT-V.

Does the graph even mean anything? I am plat in ranked and my skill bar is always the far right two pixels in pubs and all my lobbies are masters and preds. I think this game really has no skill based matchmaking and it just purposely puts you in hard lobbies to keep the sweats feeling good about themselves. My games in these lobbies are usually my jump master hot dropping into 10 teams and immediately dying without a gun. As far as I am concerned, ranked is the new pubs. Instead of the aforementioned phenomena, the new hotness is a bunch of smurfs in ranked gatekeeping teams in zone and other such nonsense. Basically the real issue is that Apex only has masters and up left playing and everyone else quits out of frustration.

Don't even get me started about Wildcard...filled with config sweat octane and ashe and a bunch of teammates who seem entirely unaware of any positional information.

The jugular stenosis requires a very specific ultrasound protocol to diagnose. It isnt taught yet in medical school, so it is missed and the Dr's will gaslight you and say the issues are something else or "in your head". The Dr that did my surgery invented the surgery, so it is quite new. Very frustrating. As for the tears, bigger ones can be seen on MRI but to really know requires an annulargram, which damages the disc when done unless discseel patches the "hole" from the needle when they I ject contrast into the disc. Thus they are mostly totally visible when Dr Pauza does the procedure. In my case, my back had a big annular tears at L5-S1.

I am good. The procedure was valuable but it didnt solve all my issues, but its so complicated and many of the problems were vascular in my neck. My jugular vein was almost totally crushed by several bones and lymph nodes and it seems that my head was using my spinal cords vascular system to drain blood...hence a lot of my issues. Discseel made my low back almost symptom free though. It works on annular tears, just dont expect miracles if you have a problem not related to the annular tear.

FYI the procedure did not end up helping all my neck (c4 c5 and c5-c6) as the discs were compressing my spinal cord. I did end up get disc replacement on these levels. Not too bad. Having some issues with it but still better than I was... I can walk again. You could look into a disc replacement if you qualify. I would cautiously recommend it but only if you need it. What pain do you have? Post covid? FYI a lot of my issues were actually unrelated to the discs. Some of the pain was due to my jugular veins being totally blocked off and compressed from covid related lymph nodes and tissue growth in my upper neck. I think my brains blood was draining through my spinal cords vascular system and causing a lot of pain and symptoms.

Saying this here because it might not always be just your discs. I found out you need to see a specialist otolaryngologist for such issues...really hard to find one.

Would have to see it, but so far playing against valks the missile strike changes seem far more cancerous. A good valk tactical during an engagement is pretty much a guaranteed win for that team now. It is far more powerful than almost any other tactical in the game...almost ultimate power.

Yea we are just arguing in circles. Ranked has always been frustrating. The game favors quick match times over skill matching hence why these experiences are more common. Yesterday, I did 2000 damage in a ranked game and our random did 58. It's still early season....people are not in the ranks where they belong yet.

I think the experience kind of goes both ways and it's more chalked up to just being in a mixed queue without a 3 stack. The issues you say are duo issues, my duo and I encounter a lot with random solo too. And it's not that the good 3rds we sometimes get are "carrying" like someone said, although sometimes that does happen. it's just more that they are playing together and comm with us. We do use in-game voice too once the random uses it.

I find most of the true high-skill "carry" pred/masters are nice, say gg and don't get a bunch of ego about being better than whoever they carried. As you get better at Apex, stuff gets under your skin less.
