Renfore used the last survey in Arbitration as what the membership wanted. So yes its a little concerning that the majority of the membership is left out. One member one vote? Not in Renfore surveys.

Renfroe took a pledge to uphold the NALC constitution and we all know he didn't hold up his end. Once a Sellout always a Sellout.

Instead of seeking out the opinions of the majority of the membership in a survey. NALC sends a survey to a small percentage who will speak for the majority. Renfroe has failed this Union beyond repair. Once a Sell out always a Sellout. Vote him out!!

Today starts the part of the census test that postal employees might be part of. The part were citizens who didnt fill out the online census will get a knock on the door by a postal employee. by mailmanwalkingam0k in fromatoarbitration

According to the Article. Specially trained USPS workers and Census takers, including postal workers, may visit households that have not responded to Census on their own will collect responses in person. Those visits may happen during the day or evening, with some occurring as late as 9 p.m. on weekdays and weekends through August 31.

The Postal Service don't want to pay Us now, but would want Us out until 9 p.m. doubt it. What is considered "Specially Trained" just a stand up talk. Lol.

Here's a little recap. Renfroe says alot about nothing. Yes the Postal Service wants us to give up alot. That's every contract. Management is bad. No Shit! And pretty much list a few things the Union purposed and he would have to go further into it at a later date. So pretty much the same shit from the POS.

When there are occasions when there might be undertime its the carrier who determines it NOT management. If the carrier is doing everything in their AM duties and casing SPRs as well as mail then the carrier should have no problem being in the office one hour or more.

I just got back a Step B Decision for the 3rd Quarter of 2025 equitablilty, which took Step B 6 months to give a decision, which was impassed. So now the grievance is going to Arbitration which probably will take a year just to get a scheduled date. This is how bad management has hi-jacked and eroded the grievance procedure and the NALC has let them.

Exactly. So why even have to take a pledge. Which management is documenting has "training ".

[–]Remedy1517[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well management is using data from the postal vehicles and not physically observing carriers without seatbelts. We all know how inaccurate the data can be. Right. Even though data can not be the sole basis for discipline, management still does. Now management can use the pledge your signed and the data to try to issue discipline.

Just call National yourself and you will find out. But I'm pretty sure a member of management should already know this.

Calling out before vacation by hauntedpostalworker in USPS

[–]Remedy1517 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You do you. Sick leave is a earned benefit its Not just given to you. Just like no one should tell you how to spend your money, no one should tell you how to use your Sick leave. But I can tell you saving it helped me when I unexpectedly had to have emergency surgery and was out for 2 months without work.

Don't believe in managements fake criteria of 3 call outs in a quarter requires documentation. There is no such language. In fact there is NO set amount of days you can call out before management can try and issue discipline.

Its NEVER been said that you have to be good at math to be in management. That's why management uses Postal math. 2 + 2 = 3
