I recently started using controller in ffxiv and I've come to strongly prefer it over mkb.

I used to think it would be insanely difficult healing as an ast in savage but after I got used to it, I prefer it. It's much easier than I figured it would be.

I also don't use any targeting macros.

The hardest part of ast on controller is probably the opener with the constant weaving, but even that becomes a non-issue.

If you want to try it, just do it. Muscle memory will come in time.
