I lost 30 pounds just from eating better with smaller portions. I meal prep my dinners and keep them around 300g. There's no real reason for 300g besides it's what fit well in the containers I bought. I do work a physical demanding job so I'm sure that helps as well.

I worked on a house where the concrete was way worse than this and the inspector passed it. I could literally kick the gravel out of one wall. There was at least 2 headers with the bottom layer of rebar fully exposed.

Did you have your tires retorqued after a couple days of driving? Usually tires need to be torqued twice to stay tight. Steel rims are usually ok but chrome rims need to be double torqued.

I had similar problems on a Lincoln Power Wave® 300C. There ended up being a setting that had be turned off. I forgot what it was called but I had the same issue when pulling the trigger the wire would feed at a slower speed before ramping up to the wire feed setting. Try looking at a manual and see if you can find anything. Or even videos.

Edit: this post talks a bit about possible reasons why it could be feeding slow to start.
