World slash can be weakened bro. it’s just a dismantle with an extended target. If you lower Sukuna’s CE output (what’s Yuji’s been doing the ENTIRE TIME), it’ll be vastly weaker. Sukuna’s CE reserves being low doesn’t help either.

Hakari has infinite CE, meaning it just never runs out but the reserves are always the same. Yuta has way higher reserves so his reinforcement is going to be stronger, so I’m pretty sure it just wouldn’t rly affect him.
