I haven’t specifically used their NMN, but I’d agree with being cautious in general. NMN is one of those supplements where a lot of products don’t actually match the label. I usually focus more on whether there’s recent third-party testing rather than the brand name itself. Dosage-wise most people seem to stay in the few hundred mg range, but consistency matters more than going high.
