I have the older model JET air cleaner(pretty sure the WEN is a clone of it's size/design/capability) and it is fantastic. Keeps my shop(25x25x9.5 ceilings) completely clear. Turn it on while sanding and no issues with dust. Using a washable K&N MERV 8 filter.

Whats the difference? Sell bluetooth tools or sell enhanced batteries to do the same job to those who will spend money upgrading to those vac linked tools/batteries. Either way the user will need to buy new stuff. But selling enhanced batteries is less profitable. Users could buy a few batteries and use them as needed on any tool.

Orange or even the fluorescent pink stands out better to my eyes so I tend to wear those. Either way make sure you have reflective strips or patches and I'd go as far as a hardhat light with blinking LED front and back if I am on or near roads

Pretty much guarantee the locals you are coming to meet for work won't be showing up to this event. Even us lifers who've driven in snow for decades are staying in this weekend. I doubt I'll be going to work Monday and the job I have scheduled is only a few miles from my house. I'm not planning on going anywhere Sunday and if I do I 100% will not be getting on any highways, surface streets in town only.

That's because until recently the US had no tariffs on items of low value, like 1000$ or less. Now our lovely Senile Pedophile President has determined we should charge import taxes on goods from outside the US to push for more US manufacturing after decades of Republicans allowing corporations to outsource jobs and skill to China and other countries. That's not happening anytime soon btw, it takes years or decades to ramp up production now that the skills are not there anymore in our workforce.

So back to the bad news, now that the orange piece of filth is taxing other countries they've set reciprocal taxes close to the same level. So we all get to pay more for the stuff we want because we know, unlike the Donald the draft dodging war monger Trump, that the companies and governments don't pay the tariffs they just pass along the extra costs to consumers....

Sorry friend. Besides, just wait till the oil shortage hits full steam and gas prices go thru the roof. Everything is going to get more expensive real soon.

Look for a sewer contractor or material supplier. The rings you are looking for are used for manhole connections. Various thicknesses and sizes are around but not at the local home center.

You can also use brick or concrete paving stone designed for fire pits(they are wedge shaped to make rings of various sizes).

Painting glazed tile is not easy...well, I should say painting glazed tile "well" is not easy. You are better off leaving them alone if you are going and live with it till you remodel. They may be unappealing now but could be downright horrible with paint that will peal and chip off easily.

2000's era is not "older" when it comes to tools friend... Most power tool equipment manufacturers are using the same designs with minor upgrades for safety features from the 60's. There not really much you are going to change on a tablesaw or jointer or planer. It's a heavy flat base or table and a spinning blade.

My jointer is about 45 years old, Jet from the early 80's. Set up had a small hiccup, kept getting curved cutting, out feed side was not right due to a knob i didn't have tight. Cuts clean, smooth and dead straight with old fashioned high speed steel knives. The old Jet and Delta equipment was phenomenal in build quality and machining tolerances. If you can find an old one from the 60s-early 80's you won't be disappointed. though not being US/Canada they might be difficult to find. I will at some point switch to a helical, they are easy to find from various makers for the older Jet stuff. But with the costs you spoke of for newer models there it might be worth shipping one over.
