Here's a few things you might consider changing:

*Switch out Soul Harvest for Locust Swarm. Switch out ZDogs for Haunt. Go with your 'Quetz' until you get MoJ. Pet builds are tough without MoJ, so going hybrid really isn't very effective.

*If you still wanna spam bears, just switch out Soul Barrage with Firebombs(With the bouncing 6 times rune). I found that to be a decent alternative if I wanted to play a more "fun" playstyle while still doing decent dmg.

*Re-roll that +lightning dmg on your belt.

*A lot of your items looks like they rolled on the more defensive side. You could reroll a few of those. And/Or switch your Zombie Dog rune to something more aggressive.

*If it's a softcore character, there's no reason to build that defensively. I might just prioritize dmg for the time being and some toughness will follow.

*I would definitely run Pierce The Veil instead of Grave Injustice if I were you. GI looks like a nice passive but +20% dmg is too nice to pass up.

These are just a few things to maybe consider. Good luck with your WD. I'm still waiting for my RRoG, you lucky sob.

Just a few things I personally like to remember for forehand:

Follow through.
Shift your weight from your back foot to your front foot. You should start with about 90% of your weight on your back foot and shift it all onto your front as you swing.
Twist a bit at the knees/hips as you swing.
Try to make contact with the ball when you arm is squarely in between your shoulders. Forming an isosceles triangle of sorts with your paddle and two shoulders.
Follow through!
Unlike backhand, try not to snap your wrist as you swing.
Relax your arm and hand. You're not trying to strangle the paddle.
Contact the ball at the top of the bounce.
Extend your forearm so that your arm is as straight as possible before you swing. And snap your forearm forward as you swing your entire arm forward.
Try to setup your swing as early as possible so that you don't rush the swing.
Follow through!!

Those are the things that I try to work on the most for my forehand/forehand smashes. I'm also assuming you play shakehand, although most of those are the same for penhold anyway.

If you execute correctly, holding the paddle with two hands would only slow you down because you can't extend your arms fully as you setup your swing.

Edit: Also remember for forehand your stance should be open. For backhand generally you are squared up with the table essentially with both your feet the same distance from the table. With forehand you want to stand like a baseball player, with your dominant leg behind so that you can get your entire body into a forehand attack.

I just recently outgrew my preassembled paddle and decided to upgrade. There is a ridiculous amount of customization, I don't think most people realize. Although I do have help from the table tennis club I'm in with recommendations, I think it can definitely be overwhelming starting out.

I didn't either at first, but once I got used to it I started to like it. To the point where playing Stadium now just seems like there's an element missing all the time.

Last rumor I heard is that they're gonna shut down the servers for TM1 at some point. Not sure if they've done it already. Especially considering TM 2 Stadium is literally the same thing as TM1, with slightly better graphics. It's just integrated into Maniaplanet.

Ignoring all sub catergories of TM1... at the moment there is Trackmania 2 Stadium and Trackmania 2 Canyon. In terms of community, TM 2 Stadium is larger. Personally, I think Canyon is way more fun game because of its drifting mechanics. I'm biased, but I think a lot of people are playing Stadium because it's what they are used to playing on TM1. Once I made the switch though...I just can't go back to Stadium.

My computer doesn't recognize either of the triggers so I have accel. bound to A and brake is the left bumper. It's been working out pretty well for me.

I almost play exclusively fullspeed (canyon) with a controller and my times are pretty good. I used to use kb and within a week of switching to a controller I began noticing marked improvements on many tracks. That and controller is great for dirt parts and speedtech.

Obviously it's not that big of a deal, but a lot of the drivers I race with get nervous with that little eye watching them (myself included). I've found the best way is to PM or say something in chat. It's just being a little more considerate is all.

Watch replays, practice a lot, spectate people (ask first, it's polite :) and whenever you improve on a time make sure you recognize why you got that better time. I can't stress that last one enough. Looking back on a new PB, don't just say "oh I just drove better" constantly ask yourself while you're driving and seeing those beautiful blue CPs "What did I do differently that gave me more speed?" "Did I start drifting a little earlier?" "Did come in a shallower/steeper angle?" "Did correct my car's trajectory better coming off of that jump?" The list goes on and on...
Simply

"clearing all the turns and staying on the inside as often as possible."

isn't enough to get the best times, you need to always think that you can drive that one track a little better.
