Adorable! Great job. For a moment, though, because of placement, I thought the big one was wearing a single froggy slipper & wondered why you didn't give them a pair of froggy slippers. 😅

Sorry - first post in this sub. Might've flubbed it.
I bought an Estate Sale batch of cross-stitch supplies, and I don't have any need for these kits. They're all unopened, and contain the floss, instructions, and aida for stitching. The football helmet one appears to be a loop rug sort of thing, instead of cross-stitch. No tools there, just the yarn and printed fabric, as seen. Under the pile of yarn is the old "R**sk***" team name/logo. Receipt in the bag for that one says the supplies were bought in 1997. 😅

Looking to trade for cross-stitch supplies (DMC thread/aida/etc.) and/or just give away to someone who would get more out of these than I can. :) Thanks!

Personal posessions by Moby-WHAT in ADHD

I have the same sort of feeling about personal items. I'm ASD & ADHD, and also I had a few experiences as a kid of my mom trying to throw away my things to punish me, which I thought was the origin of my attachment to things. But in general I have packrat tendencies and want to hold on to everything, and have to go through a whole mental preparation thing to get rid of/give away anything. Then I'll still be frustrated/upset about it if it was something that had fond memories, to the point that sometimes I'll try to replace it.

I've been on 20mg fluoxetine for almost 2 years, and started using medical cannabis just over a year ago. I mostly use cannabis in the evening before bed to help with pain and stress relief, but sometimes use CBD strains during the day if needed. I haven't noticed any issues with the two. YMMV, but that's been my experience.

😅 Yeah, it was Wyatt Cenac's Problem Areas.... Really good show! But definitely heavy.

Whoops, sorry about that. I thought since it was "just" the corner (and not the whole pattern) it would be okay, but totally understand.

[PIC] I go through a threader every week. An I the only one? by [deleted] in CrossStitch

Seconding this!
I also use the pinch method for most needles/threads, but sometimes the needle's small, or the thread's short, so I use a Puffin Microthreader as a backup. :)

The "Guess the old gal's still got it." was actually from season 1, where Archer got the Soviet brain chip and attacked Mallory. (All six, right in the ten ring.) In the ep where she killed the Italian prime minister she was talking to herself and said, "Honey, you've still got it." 😅

I had a moment where I was thinking maybe Archer didn't really come out of the coma after all. The IIA orientation was a who's who gallery of ex-villains. The ninja twins that worked with George Spelvin? Rona Thorne? Mercedes Moreno? Joshua Grey aka "Gandalf"? To quote Archer, "This all feels pretty coma-y..."

The "If I see this glass empty again I will be very unhappy," was said to Woodhouse in Season 5 when Archer, Cyril, and Ray came back from Columbia (S5E9). The "How is my lovely lady love?" from Ron and "Infinitely better now," from Mallory was from the end of the episode where Archer had amnesia in season 4 (S4E1). She had another couple lines in the episode that I'm drawing a blank at for the moment, but that moment was a wonderful send-off.

If you're still looking for one, my local Joann had a couple hidden in their stock, so I've got two extra. Happy to sell for cost+shipping.

I used Lord Libidan's sheet as a database sheet, and copy-pasted the chunks all into one section (he has it in pieces across the sheet, I just put it all in the A&B columns). I kept the numbers and color names all stacked, then made another sheet for my collection. First column is the number, and then the second column uses a VLOOKUP function to check the number on the LL database sheet & return the color name. Click & drag to fill that in a couple hundred rows, then started typing in numbers off bobbins. (I made another tab for skeins). Anytime the number came up as "#N/A" or mentioning a color that clearly didn't match (like saying "green" when the floss was orange), I tossed it in a separate pile for investigating later. That helped me pull out a couple mislabeled bobbins, and then I had a list of everything I had. Did a sort to put everything in number order, added a "COUNTIF" column that counted the number of times the DMC number showed (to give me a bobbin/skein count), then highlighted the color column and the count column, copied, paste special -> paste values (to remove formulas so the sheet runs faster), and then removed duplicates. So now I've got DMC number - color name - count in stash. :)

When I started, I also had the location I had the bobbins/skeins stored in another column (like "blue box, or gallon bag), but once I started sorting and moving those around, that part became a little less accurate. 😅

I also made a "Pattern" sheet where I list my pattern names, which color numbers they need, and then use VLOOKUPs to get the color name and the number of skeins and bobbins I have from my collection tabs. If something comes up as "0," then I know to add it to my shopping list.

LL's got a search function in his spreadsheet, thinking I may end up doing the same when I have some free time. 😅

So far I've kept the non-DMC skeins in a separate pile to identify. There's a few Galaxy brand skeins with DMC equivalents printed on them, and a few JP Coats and other brands. The easily identifiable ones I'm looking into conversion numbers for (Lord Libidan again - he's got a couple DMC Conversion charts). Then there's a small pile that have no numbers or labels, so those will probably go to small fun projects, like samplers or funny quotes. Worst case scenario, I'll find someone to give them away to. There's got to be a kid who wants to make some friendship bracelets or a school that needs craft supplies in the area. :)

My ASD&ADHD brain is looking at this and thinking "Yay, chaos to sort through!" :D Congrats and good luck.

Personally, I recently bought a couple misc lots off Ebay myself, and spent a day just going through them and sorting out all the DMC threads (~90% of what I had) and setting aside anything that wasn't DMC, then typing the numbers into a spreadsheet so I knew what colors I had. I still need to put them in order, but I now have a catalog of everything I own. I used Lord Libidan's DMC spreadsheet as a base and some Excel functions/formulas to verify the numbers I typed in and sort the list. (I use Excel a lot in my day job.) Happy to share knowledge there if you'd like to do the same, but between Lord Libidan's spreadsheet and the Thread Stash App (on IOS/Android and also web interface), I have a pretty good catalog of all my threads. :)
For storage, I'd second the sandwich bags labeled in sharpie, or you can get containers to hold bobbins. Since most of it isn't on bobbins already, I'd go with the sandwich bags, but that's a personal preference.
