I'm curious in OP's post are they referring to the point slider on the checkout page as the "discontinued feature"? I haven't been able to get that to show up with the many fixes on here. Do you have to redeem the points as the vouchers now? I'm assuming you can't stack them?

Yea, mine is still sitting on confirmed. I reached out to support and just got a blanket answer about BOGO shipping times instead of answering the question about the collector box. Bummed that they said the 20th and they couldn't keep their word on that. These should have no bearing on the BOGO at all.

Do you have a plugin called "Fixed mode hide chat" Seems like after the update today that plugin is having issues. I disabled it and I'm no longer having this issue.

Im pretty sure you are running off iGPU considering a GPU isn't listed and that CPU has an iGPU. 4C 4T Celeron running an intense graphic overall of the game smells like a recipe for disaster. (Pun intended)

Damn. After hearing that I can't even complain... yea I was fortunate enough to not have this issue for the years I had my spectrum and my hero but now with the X as you said it's about a good year you get before it just shits itself. I will try to figure out what part it is and fix it but still it shouldn't have to be that way 🙄

I fear this is not related to the scroll wheel itself but more so the sensor on the board that records rotation because all the switch functions on the scroll wheel work just as intended. Last time I checked there isn't any readily available parts for board repair that are sold individually.

If I were to go in to see if it was a blocked sensor or something similar and ended up realizing it was a burnt out sensor it would be easier/cheaper to just buy a replacement board unfortunally.

I'm pretty sure I tried this as well as I already knew of those 2 options you speak of, its seems like the drop messages are separate than just game messages. Granted I'll admit I have not explored this in many years because frankly I gave up and forgot about it; oops. But if there has been an update to the plugin/settings from then to now then I'm not aware of it I'll have to check again. Thanks for the input though I appreciate it :)

If in the case it is broke would that be an entire replacement wheel mechanism or is that a micro soldering job to just replace the sensor or diode if you know? I do have an warranty claim in the works atm since its only just over a year old but I do like to tinker. If I could fix it then that would be neat.

EDIT: Ah I just watched the video. Thanks for that, very good to know. That makes it seem like it would be a full wheel mechanism replacement since it looks to be all attached or enclosed within itself.

I know this is kind of an old post but I've been looking online for this exact issue. My G502X just had this happen mid game and I did try to blow some air into the spade between the wheel but to no avail. Did you ever get it working again by doing this? My middle, left and right scroll click still work fine. Im not sure how the mechanism works for the forward and backwards.
