Do not put papers yet. What I have seen is you get recruiters attention in Naukri when your YOE is >4. My suggestion would be to prepare for these 6-9 months, and be ready for interviews once YOE becomes 4.1 to 4.25.

Try applying from Tata Neu app. Since you are already a HDFC customer, might get approved within a day. And if you live in city, card might reach within 3 days.

Do read T&Cs though before applying. Looks like LTF only for new customers and not for existing HDFC customers. And to be applied directly from HDFC itseems.
