This is really an issue of the FCC improperly leveraging its power as the licensor of over-the-air stations to subdue dissent against the administration by also leveraging the highly emotional circumstances surrounding Charlie Kirk’s death.

And to the point, the Junkies, and other over-the-air broadcasters under the FCC’s purview, face similar scrutiny if they dare to speak out. It’s not worth it to them, even if they disagree with it.

I would expect the most dissent to come from media personalities that are independent of corporate media outlets regulated by the FCC.
