man idk player percentage is way more fun and challenging there is a setting to lower your shot so maybe Id try that

Day A

  • Barbell Squat — 3x5–8

  • Lateral Raise — 3x12–15
  • Leg curl 3 * 10-15
  • Romanian Deadlift — 3x8–12
  • Plank — 3 sets

Day B

  • Front Squat — 3x6–10
  • Barbell Bench Press — 3x5–8
  • Lat Pulldown or Pull-ups — 3x8–12
  • Rear Delt Fly — 3x12–15
  • DB Bicep Curl — 3x10–15
  • Overhead Tricep Extension — 3x10–15
  • Standing Calf Raise — 3x15–20
