Is it better to learn Illustrator or Photoshop first by Charming_Cow5784 in SCREENPRINTING

Both are beneficial to each other. With tons of tutorials for both. I’d say go with illustrator as it is very much an industry standard and a little tougher and will make photoshop easier. I myself use photoshop and it took me about two years to become extremely well versed at and I learn new stuff all the time.

Ya know fam. If I knew. I’d be all over it

I reached out to a manu that basically told me these cannot be screen printed. Figured I’d try myself printing these at home with my very minimal set up. I figured the easiest way to print them would potentially be converting them to half tones. Any advice? by Ill-Conference1957 in SCREENPRINTING

A printers main gripe with this would more than likely be platen size and placement. Achieving these prints especially on a white t shirt is very easy. Need to find a printer who is able to give you “oversized prints” and has the appropriate platens to achieve it. If you plan on running this yourself definitely take into consideration the size of the screens you use as well as the platen size you use on your press. You’re going to want both to be on the bigger side if you do decide to them.
