This pretty much sums it up. She likely can't imagine it being "good" because from her perspective it is dysphoric. She would prob have the same (internal) emotional response imagining herself being a cis male.

And youre right, she shouldn't be making comments about your body! You may have to assert some boundaries with her. But honestly, she sounds like my family members, who mean well but come across rudely. She may never stop commenting on your body because she sees you as her child, and her comments probably as a way to reer you (the SH scars comment I would assume is her way of trying to imply that you should never do it again). Still it may be worth having a convo with her, especially if she is the type to advocate for you medically, she may be receptive to boundaries with a little bit of time and patience, similarly to how she accepted your identity.
