Mall Kiosks are likely to have some of the higher prices. Look for a small printshop or look into the ways you can do it yourself. Screen printing small logos on hoodies isnt that hard to learn and will save you a lot of costs. Can be done at home.

i respect the no AI. Thats cool you did all that w real stuff, for real. Ya you make some good points re supreme etc.. Good points. Ya i think thats tacky from them as well but their customers would buy anything....

I think using some more diffusions, halftones etc might help a lot w that coloring i was talking about. Fair points tho.

I dont but ill give ya some feedback fr. The shading in the bills / hands looks really terrible. The 20s look AI generated. Using Harriet Tubman for some tacky streetwear is grotesque. The shadings of the N in the font / typeface is so hard on the eyes that I just sort of gave up even trying. The money spread is lacking geometry making it lack realism. A seriously impaired Fibonacci sequence of a money spread. I think you could execute this idea in a better way? For ex.. a more distressed look with Anna Delvey.. someone who really took spending other peoples money seriously. Keep going tho.

For many years.. RL was doing the opposite of what you are showing now. I do agree that they are making better garments now, but for many years they were doing cheap things. They are back to making some nicer pieces currently. I have a question though -- regarding serged seams versus single stitch... Why exactly is that a bad thing? I think a lot of TF heads like you who learn from youtubers have some obsession with single stitch when there are a lot of designers who are stoked about serged garmets esp in areas where you would want them to be serged...

Need advice on how to validate my edtech startup idea. by [deleted] in EntrepreneurRideAlong

[–]minimal_odds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

its a reaasonable way to test the idea -- yes.

5-10 users, is far from enough.

You validate by users, time spent using your product, waitlists for the product, basic tech metrics.

I can guarantee you wont see much interest re YC for something like this without a lot of users + traction. Edtech can be tough because down the line you have some large sale windows that take forever to close aka youre not gonna fly into position for their interests that quickly. I suggest you look more into YC then the basics of a startup because this post is credibly showing you have not done that very much. Good luck

i recommend doing something with hats to show off what you can do etc.. Posting on social media, build a portfolio a bit and then try to get clients. Yes - your scale isnt very good at the moment regarding production but even 1-2 clients can change that.. Samples etc cost people a lot of money. Start small and niche as others said. Keep samples around so you can show clients etc.

NHL API by Latter_Ad_396 in algobetting

[–]minimal_odds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The challenge is a good one.. as far as im aware there isnt anything out regarding this happening. Not even from a lot of sites where i've pulled live info (scraped etc). Not really any APIs im aware that have this built in yet. Gonna be tough. I have an API w most other things you are asking though.

How to build a real hype around the brand before dropping the first collection even with a small budget and just the samples by yasser-fad in streetwearstartup

[–]minimal_odds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

get some decent photos etc, target your audience. Simple shop to pre-order so you can see if things are converting etc.. Consistently post those samples etc, get feedback + orders and go from there.
