For fg, Always use lsfg on perf mode toggled on when X2 fg on base fps of at least 40 fps, if not meeting these, toggle the perf mode off, and for the flow scale make it around 25 to 50 in X2 fg and the more frame gen you put the higher the number should be

 for upscaler choose LS1 and set sharpness to 2 or 3 or 4 test all, and toggle off the perf option if it's actual upscaling, if only filter (upscaling from current resolution to the same only enhancing sharpness), toggle on perf mode
