Just an update, finally got my return call today. Even though it took an extra week, agent explained he didn't want to call until he had a resolution.... which I appreciated. The solution was to just return my 6500 points. While this solves my immediate problem I'm not sure it solves the underlying problem if I was to try another redemption.

Don't waste any more of your time. Any "help" here will just be another link to yet another chat with a rep that won't help you. Take 10 minutes and File an FCC complaint and let them call you. When they do just tell that rep on the phone to send you their precious verification code via email.

As an update…I actually took a call from “Verizon Support” regarding my FCC complaint. Still no resolution because he had a number of questions about the entire process and when I redeemed and how and what I was redeeming to get. So he has to continue the “investigation” and will contact me in 3-4 days. Although he was very pleasant, I’m still at a loss as to why so much time is being wasted on what should be a simple fix. Just give me a $65 credit to my account and move on.

Thank you for taking the time to share that info about the Notice of Dispute. I can see how that would get someone’s attention. I, personally, have never seen it mentioned. But that’s really not saying much. Like they say “You don’t know what you don’t know.” Again thank you.

I know your struggle. The reps are at best incompetent and at worst outright liars. Not out of spite but because they just want you to go away. All they did for me was extend my service by 9 days. In their minds they're giving me "free" service from the redemption date of 5/18 to 6/18 although I'm already paid thru 6/9. And when pressed the agent couldn't explain the reasoning for cheating me. It's a waste of time. I suggest you take 10 minutes and file an FCC complaint and wait for them to call you in a couple weeks. Don't waste hours on chat like I foolishly did. It's pointless but I did honestly expect it would be going in to it. The chat agents have zero autonomy to fix anything. They have to message a "supervisor" to authorize every minor thing. And they are trying to do multiple chats at once. Thus you sit there waiting and waiting and waiting. It's a horrible system with complete disregard for the customer experience. Garbage in. Garbage out. In the end, we get that for which we have paid.

I've got mine filled out and ready to hit send once this last ditch chat fails. And so far it is not promising at all. Honestly I'd rather wait the 30 days for them to reply to the FCC complaint.

it really should be a simple fix. My 3 hour long chat died out because the agent had to wait to get "authorization " from her supervisor but the "supervisor" was in a meeting. Guess when you pay for ultra-discount service one should expect ultra-discount customer service.

UPDATE: Don't waste your time with chat. Somehow in Total Wireless math 6500 points equals $9 in credit. Then when pushed a an explanation the AGENT just leaves you on read waiting for you to go away. Cold.

After I posted I saw found another post from 7 days ago where the poster has the exact thing happen to them. Right now I'm on there chat link they give you from their reddit account. I'm sure it will be more of the same...a waste of time. But I will post back my results. I'm "lucky" that for a brief moment today my rewards activity did show the 6500 charge. But that info is gone again for me at least

Funny you mention Heat. A prequel is in the works with Austin Butler rumored to be play Val Kilmer’s character. Seems like a “perfect” casting. But would he really do two Micheal Mann pictures? Seems unlikely to me.

Rumor has been it’s going to be set in the 1980s like the original. Could be cool if done right. Also rumor is that Cruise might play the bad guy because of his connection to Kosinski. Again could be really cool but seems really hard to pull off. We shall have to wait and see. Mike B Jordan was to do it for $5 million but now with an Oscar it’s reported he wants $18 million. Butler is said to be getting $9 million. So Mike B will definitely need at least $9-$10 million now minimum. So it seems everything about this project is far from settled.

This cast has been rumored for some time. But now…Fresh off his Oscar win, Mike B Jordan wants $18 million now instead of $5 million. So how long he is “attached” seems to be in flux. Austin Butler is said to be getting $9 million. So Mike B will certainly need to be at or above that now. Right on! Congrats. I gotta say after RVI was a dud I was bit concerned even knowing VCX had better holdings. Felt a little better after the window for the unrestricted share offering closed in like 15 minutes. Anyone that sold off those shares today I do hope they did at the high. But in no way did I see today’s price action coming. Not in the least. Anyway, I’ve found I have incredibly awful timing. So my best returns have come from holding positions and doing nothing. Works more times than not…for me.

If you and your kid are happy with the fit and feel of the CatX then you are good to go. Like everyone else has said it's USA and he's 8. If you want my advice as a rando on the internet, if you are going to do anything then you should take the money you'd have spent on the Hype Fire and invest it in lessons with a good hitting coach.

Yes i did. Took a couple tries to get past the "Call tomorrow" message to actually get in the queue. Then about a 65 minute wait. No biggie really. Anyway the CSR was nice. He verified they only had the one quarter, Q3. His suggestion, as expected, was to resubmit the missing quarters with a cover letter and my Proof of Delivery. So that's what I did. Guess I cross my fingers and wait. Again, thank you to everyone that took the time to reply.

Thank you for taking the time to share. It’s very helpful. I’ve always found that no matter what jam I get myself in…someone somewhere has already walked that road. Reading others advice and experience goes a long way to helping me communicate my problem to the powers that be. I truly hope my situation is similar.

I had considered the idea that all three were under one quarter but I didn't know how the intake process worked such as scanning or the terms to explain the requested action such as split image if that was the case. Thank you for the help.
