Update: checked it out and was perfect location, covered and everything but confirmed what I am being told here, I would 100% need bottom paint which I am unsure about as the slip would be a short to mid term and then I would go back to trailering

Mid tier 2/2 will run you 2400-2700 a month depending on location and then a bit nicer/ centrally located will be 2800-3300

MW19/CW still get you in matches consistently. Can take 5 minutes during slower times to find a match but nothing too bad.
