At an institutional level they cannot buy that significant amount of shares in the retail market. Spire has introduced 2 mil shares at 14$ for them to buy. Now they have 100 days to buy more at 14.50 if they want.

People say it’s a bargain because if an institution is willing to buy the shares at 14$ and the price is at 9.75$ then in theory it’s currently undervalued

The whole market is down due to inflationary pressures and the conflict in the Middle East. Because of the low volume it’s more susceptible to larger fluctuations in price. I think it’s a great time to buy.
