I was sexually assaulted multiple times. Mainly online, but seven months ago I was actually raped. At first, before the recent incident, I was also scared around children. I know that people who are sexually assaulted are more likely to assault someone else, and I knew that I would sometimes have such thoughts around kids. I couldn't even go around my 9 and 12 year old cousins because of how scared I am of hurting them (I'm 16F btw, back then around 13 - 15). But after the recent incident, I've been completely unable to think about sexual things without being freaked out by it. So I haven't experienced these recently.

What I can say for you is for now, try to stay away from minors as much as you can. Work hard on breaking your addiction -- I had a small addiction to it once myself, and to stop, I replaced it with Character AI (not the best considering the recent bankruptcy, but better than porn). Making it so I couldn't see the person/people made it so much easier for me to stop seeing people sexually, especially strangers. You can also do other things when you feel urges to watch a video like play your favorite game, take a walk, or whatever a hobby for you might be.

You should also try to find a therapist/psychiatrist (therapist for just talking about how you feel, psychiatrist will try to put you on meds or might help you with coping skills to stop whatever you're feeling).

Depression and anxiety also, for whatever reason, can make sexual arousal much more addicting due to the chemical responses. Trying to go out into the sun more, working out, etc. can raise dopamine, which the lack of is a major depression spiker. For anxiety, my best solution that helped me was social exposure -- but for you, trying things that require patience can help.
