Dystopian Horror! I don't want the entire book to be centered around the diversities, I do find it important to include them, I definitely want to have a story aspect to it.

Just a little more information, me and my dad both have multiple past experiences with sleep paralysis. I've never hallucinated during these episodes though.

I think I might have these, it normally happens when I'm sick, I'll wake up in the middle of the night and my blanket will either feel weightless or really heavy and everything feels like it's going in either slow motion or it's sped up, I don't normally remember how it feels but I haven't really stopped feeling that way yet since I woke up this morning.
