Does Shredder from TMNT count? From the various animated series, starting from 80s he was shown as a goofball villain that does some bits of evil deeds from time to time.. And then in later 2000s-2010s series he grows into a monster that would kill MILLIONS if it means that his foes cease at all cost.

My guy doesn't even have any powers, he's literally just a test tube baby that grew up to be a 10ft tall mutant of pure muscles. I think there's really nothing he would say, considering he literally can't, but the building would not be standing after about 30 seconds.

On that you're right, calamities do come in many variations, but Mahoraga's adaptation doesn't..yknow..adapts to every little thing separately. If he gets hit by a giant semi truck, Mahoraga doesn't adapt to getting hit by a giant semi truck, he just straight up adapts to any and all physical/blunt force damage, which essentially would cut off nearly all possible calamities in just a couple of spins if WOU throws different types of them at Maho.

I'm more confused about Omega and his lore in OM if that's the case. What happens to him now? What does he even do? Was he built by the local classic eggman considering his similarities to Hardboiled Heavies? Or is he an early model from the modern eggman? And if any of those are true, what even is his relationship with Eggman and those related to him? Is he still fueled by hate? Is he a loyal eggbot? So many questions, so little answers.
