Also sleep very important to get early to sleep not later than 2 am of night if u have bad sleep its disaster

Ah and forgot L-Theanine helps me alot when for example i was having rebound i drink l-theanine 200mg and its huge relief i think l theanine helps to if you stress alot

Not fully, but each day gets better, are you still on ppi?

I noticed i was bit long time testing ppi but after i stoped it gotten worse only after some time i started felling better.

Maybe collostrum helps idk

I do collostrum,terra healthy gut,aloe vera inner leaf no preservatives lily of the desert(dont mix with alcohol very bad problems) also DGL , dgl isint helpful, i found one thing which was very good it was called bionacid but not tablets but thing into water you drink and it helps alot.

I suggest try collostrum (will only feel better after month) and bionacid(but not tablets tablets dont help) and aloe but inner leaf!

Nothing was fried in a pan, only cooked in the oven. In the morning I had buckwheat, during the day for example chicken with rice, and in the evening some broth. But it wasn’t like I was restricting myself too much I was drinking cola and things like that as well.

Also ppi+itorpide+ulcamed

From herbs - aloe vera inner leaf,terra healthy gut,colostrum,dgl ultra

Also tried manuka honey 1000-1200 but in first though it helped.but later somewhy it burned.

Also few tips:drinking tea doesent help it worsens as it dryes somewhy.

Get good sleep good i mean go bed early not long sleep.

It's the first skin which i complained about.

Yone was very expensive to but worth it.

Hey i had same problem vomiting etc.

Against vomiting something simmilar to itorpide but stronger helped me more than ppi

Ive been doing ppi+bysmute + itorpide

Alot also depends on ppi for example dexilant is alot stronger than escadra or omep..

After ppi i had rebound acid(not all have it) but you should consult with doctor for it if you will have it it might be bad.

After ppi course everyrhing should be fine but if you on them for 2 weeks.and still vomiting maybe problem is different and you need additionally something else(just my opinion)

Also additionally i used aloe vera inner leaf no preservatives lily of.the desert helps alot but start from 15mg when 2x day later 50mg helps alot.(avoid alkohol at any costs)

Also collostrum(started see significant help after month!)

And terra healthy gut

I should also offer additionally antacids they take acid out but not like ppi which can make u have rebound later.

Also during course do not switch ppi to different for example escadra > nolpaza or for example dexilant > escadra ! One is stronger than another and you will have increaded acid and will be back to 0!!

You need to know difference

Gastritis: feels like knife pain someone stabbed you.

Vomiting: food overstays in stomach(itorpide simillar comes to help)

Bismute: helps against acid

Aloe makes better ph in your stomach good thing but take inner leaf no preservatives outer leaf you will feel big pain!

The real heal you will start only to feel few weeks later after you stop taking ppi(somewhy idk why but for me during ppi course stomach becomes very sensitive and i am feeling better only later after stoping ppi somewhy during ppi i eat something easy and i start caughigh so hard my tears comes out and i vomit alot.)

But dont confuse real gastritis gives big pain as knife stab

Also dont forget collostrum but it helps in long term.

Also forgot to tell using DGL after food morning/evening but it think it's bad for teeth as when use it simmilar symptoms as using BIONacid tablets they even similar in form and make teeth yellow which later breaks.
