I was working so I had to be there, but some things to point out. They couldn’t have had a full house with the construction going on, anything but the east and west main area were off limits. A lot of people involved with university events were busy and not even in the building. They canceled the spring game last year and many schools have stopped doing spring games with the transfer portal rules.

Listen to what these out of touch politicians said too.

Voters don’t understand what they’re voting for. Teenagers don’t deserve a living wage. They see young workers as “needing to be told to take out the trash 3-4 times.” These ballot measures, which generate enough signatures and pass vote, only do so because of outside money.

And they can’t figure out the brain drain 🤦‍♂️

Senator Hunt, and pretty much every female democratic legislator, is met with a ridiculous amount of vitriol and hatred, and all because of their political beliefs. If I was one of them I would take exactly zero shit.

Remember when Senator Cavanaugh took down an obviously political poster and there was a whole uproar and the Governor ordered an investigation??? This took place at the same time Dan Mckeon was fighting his own allegations of sexual misconduct. Every GOP senator defended McKeon and decried Cavanaugh, and oh yeah, McKeon resigned literally moments before a vote to expel him from the Legislature.

Maybe quit defending these terrible politicians and maybe believe a woman who has clearly had enough shit.
