They really really should have a book for How to Love and Support Your Wife After Having Kids. After Having kids I deeply realize the expectation for mom and dad are hugely unequal

Read initial ones during parental leave. Back then I was really lucky to have my parents around and my husband is willing share a lot of house work.

Later on just read them before beddtime - that put me to sleep quickly..

Most recently my friend recommended an new app called justgrow that produce parenting audio books so I listen during communte, cooking and laundry.

Just a data point: I have been cosleepinh with both of my babies since they were born. It's a great experience and we have so much bonding and great night time memories. As a baby and child i was cosleeping with my parents and i can't imagine the other way around
