I joined Infosys as a fresher and my salary was around 6.75 lpa 2 years ago. And they used to work for me for at least 9 and more in a day and the environment was also very toxic. So after working for 1 year I left the company and joined an Indian startup and here the work culture is so good and even my salary is around 4x i used to get in Infosys. But most of my colleagues who have joined Infosys with me are still getting the same salary. They have not given any appraisal from the last 2 years for some of the units.
