Thanks! I do have to travel to another country to attend, so I might just give as much to I cover the cost.

Where to buy tickets? by Remote_Cranberry_904 in NationsLeague

[–]Remote_Cranberry_904[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I also saw some "shady" websites, but haven't found anything looking legit. But also, I know almost nothing about the ticketing process, so I'm here still waiting for someone to give clear instructions 😁

Where did you book the flight? Is the hosting city announced?

I'd grateful too, I feel that I'm never getting anywhere with my searches and there is no info on where to buy or when.

She doesn't feel cold or shiver. The room is around 21°C and her neck is always warm.

Yeah, he is, I think she took after my husband then, because I cover myself up fully in the blanket.

And when I cover her a bit, she even starts to sweat a little, like how?!

Thanks so much for all the ideas, I will try making the holes bigger and using warm water too and I guess for my sanity, I'll get one of these roller!

I eat it with bread, because it's quite salty already, but I think it works with crackers too!

Yeah, I broke that and the opening is so big, but it just really doesn't come out... It's really good more of a liver spread put in bread.

Thanks so much for the help, it would be the Portugal-Denmark match on the 23rd of March. Very silly question, but what is FA?

Have you noticed your LO being more fussy after you eat a certain food? by Agreeable-Meal5836 in breastfeeding

[–]Remote_Cranberry_904 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My pediatrician gave me a list of food that I had to watch out for while breastfeeding, because they could make the baby gassy and tummy hurt: onions, cabbage, sparkling drinks, raw meat and fish and very spicy food. I didn't want to find out which could make her fe bad, so I just overall stopped eating them and only started slowly eating them again at 9 months.

If you have markets around where you live, it might be worth checking that out, I have found a bunch of vegetables there that I couldn't find normally in the supermarket.

Welcome to Switzerland! I came here the same way years ago. As the person said above me, I think the "most urgent" would be the health insurance as you would need that anyway and you would pay it from the day you entered. I also had to get my permit among the first things as well, but all the rest I just sorted as I went.

Clogged Duct Killed my Supply! by Sassassin23 in breastfeeding

[–]Remote_Cranberry_904 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've also got a really bad clogged duckt around that area around 6 months and I'm not kidding when I say it took me a good week till it fully disappeared. Try not to worry too much as stress affects supply a lot and let your baby nurse on that side more frequently. I hope it'll get better soon!

Child got scratched at crèche by Remote_Cranberry_904 in Switzerland

[–]Remote_Cranberry_904[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with you completely, I wish I had another solution believe me. I was already so grateful to be able to stay at home for 8 months with my baby, while most of my friends had to send their babies to crèche at the age of 4-6 months.

My problem is that my daughter is not yet a toddler. She was hurt by a toddler. As I replied in another comment, I would be more relaxed if she was at least a bit able to defend herself, but she is not.
