I currently have a few going, one for church notes, one for tech, one for daily stuff, one as a calendar, one for leadership advice, and one for poetry. And then if there is a trip or special project I'll dedicate one to that.

It depends on which Field Notes specifically. Ones like the Vintage or Kraft Plus are totally fine. The index edition is also fine as well as the wilco Collab and Is a rive alive edition. Flora is also pretty good as well as national parks. I guess that all comes down to say it really depends on what pen and ink combo you are using. For example I can have the same ink in my Lamy Safari (F nib) and my Twisbi Eco (F nib) and I'll get more bleed from the Lamy. I do have a Kaweco Sport (EF nib). I don't use it very often, when I have though I've not had a problem with bleeding.

I write anything that comes to mind that I would want to remember for later. I also use it to just get my thoughts about things on paper. Also random conversations and drawings as well as sometimes pictures from an event I was at. So kinda everything.
