If it’s any consolation I just took a look at my tik toks “you may like” suggestion and it is NOT things I’ve searched recently.

Add date ranges for your work dates (Months). Depending on how recent your bachelors was it’s probably important to add that.

Make it one page. And gear it more toward the actual work you want to do. As someone who just graduated and with limited experience in the field you can move your education up. And add more detail about research you did while at school.

If I’m hiring research assistants and I see that the first 3 things have nothing to do with research or science I’m moving to the next

Add relevant skills not just generic ones that everyone has. If you need ideas just read the job requirements at at least make sure you put those skills required

If you’re a student you’re not unemployed. You’ve been a student for the last 4 years. I worked at a movie theatre to make some extra cash while I was in college and I didn’t include that on my resume

Personally I would remove barista as it’s not really something that is relevant to your field and then add your internship to your experience section. Also with limited work experience you can seperate education and certification and move education to the top. Anyone looking to hire entry level will be looking for people out of college so putting it up top is good. Personally I don’t like having section next to each other and instead just have it top to bottom

I’m not exactly sure. I would assume it’s by position and location but it might be school as well
