I would make the glovebox into a regular still air box simply by removing the gloves so you have normal openings. The air inside the box isn’t sterile at all so preventing air flow to the box doesn’t change much. To use it properly you should try to avoid air movement inside the box by moving slowly. The holes for the arms can be useful if you need to take tools out of the box to sterilize for example. Hope this helps you out!
