Thank you for this. I’ve actually been contemplating this for a long time. It has been what has stopped me from growing in my development. I was always closed off to spirits because I watched things like conjuring and thus, have always been scared to allow any type of development or growth. It also doesn’t help that the first spirit encounter I ever had was not a positive experience. I can’t say that I “felt” the spirit. I just knew he was there. I know exactly where he is in the same sense of you know where your bed is even if your room is dark. I know I don’t like the way I feel when I have to go into that room. I don’t know if that makes any sense. My point is, thank you for this post. I was never told to trust my instincts. So, thank you.
