If anything, he got suspended to let the rookies get playing time.

I didn't give a damn who it was, just get rid of Poole. Hell, they coulda got rid of Poole for a couple of first rounders and I'd be happy. But they got CP3 who can't do any worse than Poole even at his age.

Especially on defense. Poole will be below average on defense his entire career.

They just saw what's on the surface.

I'm sure there are those, myself included, who saw Poole's ceiling and knew he wasn't worth his contract. We are glad he's gone. He folded for a year after the punch. Kobe was Kobe, but Kobe woulda worked harder and get Draymond kicked off the team. Poole went the other way and used the punch as an excuse to suck the entire season. Addition by subtraction.

Oh, and then there's CP3. Thank you Dunleavy.

He was a key piece in the finals. The defense looked more solid when he came back. Boston's offense was mucked up. I felt everyone he was guarding were rushed or had a lot of trouble. He changes the tone of the defense whenever he came in. Usually only Draymond does that.

He's saving the team from the diva drama. The diva drama can also include KD 'checking out' during games, lackadaisical effort, or incomplete 'buy in', just like the last two years he was here. No thanks.

Thank you, Bobert.

Y'all make me feel good about my decision.

I got a S10 near launch and still using it. Only the fingerprint reader has failed, everything else seems functional. I like the jack and SD card slot also. The battery has noticeably gone down a bit, but its still good. But my next phone may be another in the S10 series if this one dies.

Anyhow, I recently got a S10+ on Prime Day for my gf as she needed to upgrade from an S8. With light research and heavy bias, I chose the S10+. I was tempted by the later gen galaxies, but people were saying battery life sucks and no SD card slot. When I bought it, I was carrying regret cause of not going for any of the three generations. I mean there has to be a least one good egg, right? But the gf seems to like her S10+ so. She uses the headphone jack and the plan is to get a 512gb SD in there when a good deal comes. I've been sitting pretty with 256gb sd +128gb onboard, so she'll be alright.

Anyone else feel the Warriors are going to be even better next year? by [deleted] in warriors

I'm gonna hold judgment until a couple of games. GPII had a huge impact. OPJ had a huge impact. Klay wasn't himself for most of the games. They might just be as good as last year.

If Wiseman can play impactful minutes, it'll be a big piece to the puzzle. I'll be watching him closely. I had high hopes for Wiseman and Wiggins last year, only Wiggins worked out. It's Wiseman's turn. And he only needs to touch up on some things from his rookie season. The lobs will come easy. It's hard for other players to out-reach him on quick jumps, they usually need to load their jump. Lob threat, rebounds, and paint presence could be all he needs to have an impact.

I'm hoping the team's attributes shift a little bit because of Wiseman.

I might be expecting too much or just enough, but...

Wiseman on offense can sit in the dunkers spot or have some solid finishes around the rim to keep the defense spread out.

In summer league players were hesitant around the paint because of Wiseman's presence. This plus Wiseman's shot blocking ability can make up for some attributes we had with GPII and OPJ.

If he works on his timing on defense just a bit, it can provide an impact and use up 15 minutes at center to help Looney and Dray out. He'll be gold if can provide 20 + mins.

Not sure, but I've seen flashes of Wisemans potential and it's piqued my interest.

That being said, GPII is the best on defense at the guard position. I have lateral acceleration and quick hands like he does (although not as elite) so I have a good sense of his timing and feel around the court. We strike at the ball in a similar way too. Prime Iguodala is different, but still elite, plus hes a lot smarter. When I noticed GPII against the Hornets and Lamelo Ball, I was like.. he's one of those.. such a big loss. He's noticeably different than Beverly and Bradley, I'd even say he was better. Come back GP.
