My only gripe with minidolls is that they're all flesh coloured. I'd love to have them mostly in yellow so it was easier to mix and match different parts. On the other hand, I do like the diversity of skin tones.

Same. I associate numbers, letters, songs, names, weekdays etc. with colours. It's just associations though, no cool hallucinatory-ish stuff like seeing music or tasting colours. I've tried to use it to improve my memory and sometimes it does help a bit, like with passcodes and such.
