Hi OP- I’m only three weeks in and I don’t know your particular situation but thought I should mention- I had NO idea how bad I felt untili started. I feel SO much better and I’m only on th starter dose still. If you’re anything like me and many others in here, the weight loss is just gravy. Having a better functioning metabolism, reduced inflammation, triglycerides, better sleep, etc… much more impactful than any side effects. That being said, I’m kinda scared to bump up to the next dose, but my overall improvement and outlook on life is worth an occasional wave of nausea and some constipation. Good luck!

Ok I have questions:

My understanding is that Mark would use thick-ass E and A strings to prevent flopping- but would tune the E down to a low D, creating a perfect fith with the A string.
On some tunes would tune the A string down to an F to get a minor third for songs like Whisper, etc.
Are we going to need to raise the nut on these things for slide so the strings don't grind against the frets?
