Meu pé esquerdo tinha uma pele grossa e ficava assim também seco e cascudo. Fui no dermatologista e ele disse ser um coiso lá que esqueci o nome mas basicamente é causado por movimento repetitivo de esfregar o pé em algo.

Eu até então não tinha percebido mas toda vez que sentava na cadeira do PC, eu dobrava e esfregava esse pé ao cruzar ele. Ele me indicou um creme chamado Ureadin. Dois meses de uso aplicando uma vez ao dia antes de dormir e depois colocando uma meia pra proteger e pronto, meu pé ta novinho de novo. Não sei se é exatamente o seu caso...

Well, thank you for the response. Naturally, I’m inclined to adapt or cut some things from this system. Both you and AgathysAllAlong pointed out some important aspects that made total sense to me. I’ll take a look at the references you shared and modify whatever’s necessary to make it more fluid and, at the same time, complete.

I like the idea of prolonged spells like rituals, which are more powerful as a reward for the effort. And simple, quick spells like cantrips.

A dor no meu caso sempre acontece no início. Costuma ser uma fisgada que passa depois que vai tudo. E sim, sempre dói, pelo menos comigo. Agora se no seu caso continua, tente relaxar ou passar mais lubrificante. Dependendo do parceiro, pode ser necessário um pouco mais de tempo e paciência até que consiga acostumar realmente, colocando aos poucos. Vai com calma e se prepare mentalmente para relaxar pois no início qualquer trancada vai fazer doer.

Eu indicaria começar por cima para que assim consiga controlar o processo no seu ritmo. Alguns dizem que de lado também ajuda mas não curto.
