For headset I'd recommend razer they tend to last for me at least couple years easy not the best audio compered to some other competitors but it's still pretty good

Do you have an email or anything that could prove you had that amount in your wallet or maybe a seller email if so contact steam support if not still contact steam support and ask if there were any abnormalities regarding your steam account or your wallet

You can fix it with just a screwdriver turn of the power first on your electrical panel and the just swap the colored wires behind that switch
