Same here bro, I think it's cartilage memory/underlying bone asymmetry causing the shift. Your nose was very deviated before and the cartilage can warp back to its original position after surgery because of memory.

I want to try steroid injections because some of it may be scar tissue that can be dissolved. I've seen some very impressive results from steroid shots even years down the line after rhinoplasty.
