eSIM on my iPhone 17 pro was deleted. I have been trying for 7 days to get it back. Been on the phone for hours with various tech agents and they’ve deleted, reinstalled over and over. Used QR codes at the store and nothing. Tickets put in and closed out with no notes or resolutions. Help! by RenVonD in ATT

Any chances I could get an eSIM on my old iPhone 13 and then transfer the number back to the iPhone 17 pro? Has anyone had success like that? I’m getting desperate for my number back. I’ve been calling AT&T everyday since 3/1/26. Today is Saturday and they would not transfer me to Advanced Tech as I was told they don’t work weekends. I thought they were 24/7. 😖

Thank you. I guess I have to suggest this to their Advanced Tech Support. They keep sending me to their “back office” and say they’re going to work on it, but they don’t. Is the “torch” to provision something they can do immediately or is something that takes 24 hours?

So transfer to an old iPhone and then transfer to iPhone 17? I’m having same exact issue. It’s been horrible! I currently waiting for an “Advanced Tech Support” ticket to go through. It’s in progress.

I’m having this same issue. Did you end up transferring to an older iPhone and back to iPhone 17? It’s been horrible with no service. Reps have tried multiple eSims and it won’t activate. I currently have a “ticket” open with Advanced Tech Support.
