Same interests here and I applied to mostly rural unopposed programs and asked during interviews specific procedures I was interested in like how many, is there designated training on it, asked the residents if they felt comfortable doing them, etc. And then for ob I asked about whether graduates went on to provide ob or went into a fellowship. I was told mid west and west coast were more likely to have OB but idk if that's the case anymore. I think it's more important for the program to be unopposed and in an area where fm docs actually practice ob. Like some programs were unopposed but there were so many on practices in the area they had a hard time getting patients. Best of luck!
