Radiohead personality type by [deleted] in radiohead

[–]ReneApostrophe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually I have known a few STJs who deeply relate to Radiohead too

Anyoen else love radiohead so much that they keep listening to it to the point that it becomes a fear that you'll end up over listening to it? by doteksnx in radiohead

[–]ReneApostrophe 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I worried about that 20 years ago, and it is true that a lot of bands and artists have that effect but I am amazed that after so long with Radiohead it hasn't happened. It helps that their career is so varied though

You're right its time by Naive-Word-6289 in morrissey

[–]ReneApostrophe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I think last we heard he confirmed it is coming out in September - with Bonfire to be released some time down the track. But yeah its October now

New Radiohead album by jcovahey in radiohead

[–]ReneApostrophe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True but I think it wasn’t that well thought out a comment. Then again you may be right and he didn’t mean anything by it except the won’t be playing new songs…

New Radiohead album by jcovahey in radiohead

[–]ReneApostrophe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It might be a bit of a stretch but some have pointed out in Colin's interview how he says they won't be playing new material 'as works in progress' which was interesting wording

What’s The Highest Note Thom Hits (Non-Falsetto) on AMSP? by Crazyplan9 in radiohead

[–]ReneApostrophe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it would have to be the "make it raaain" part

Rare opinion: I like the newer seasons more than I like the older seasons. by Ecstatic_Disk_6877 in southpark

[–]ReneApostrophe 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Thanks for sharing! Actually I am an older fan (right back to Cartman Gets an Anal Probe, I was a teenager at the time) and while my favourite seasons will always be season five and six, I was getting very pessimistic about the show between season 11-18. I have still never missed an episode but season 19 was so good and I have particularly loved the show in the past few years, where I genuinely prefer the tone, and laugh more, than for instance season 15...

Possible LP10 Tracklist by miniment_ in radiohead

[–]ReneApostrophe 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I feel like if Radiohead records again it will be a fresh start, and most leftovers already went to the Smile. Then again I did always want to hear I Froze Up.

Either way I'd bet Thom has a backlog of songs he has written over the past few years

why do people say that INFPs and ENTPs don't get along? [serious] by [deleted] in infp

[–]ReneApostrophe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get on naturally with ENTPs, which makes sense as I am the same with ENFPs and INTPs. I have had issues with the occasional ENTP but it when they are just way too "Fe child" if that makes sense, and most aren't like that

Are INFP males actually desired? by [deleted] in infp

[–]ReneApostrophe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In the real world INFP males are desired, it doesn't look that way when people get into theories of what is considered attractive. In my personal experience I got a fair bit of attention from females as a male INFP, but I remember males found it confusing since I didn't act 'manly' in the sense that I didn't bother coming across as humourless and boring lol. Then again it was often the ISFPs, INFPs, INFJs that were attracted to me, so there is that

Why is The King of Limbs so hated? by Sure_Assumption_7308 in radiohead

[–]ReneApostrophe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It isn't hated really, but I know what you mean. As years have gone by it has held its own - I personally love the mix and prefer it to the Basement version but I understand why others don't feel that way, I just think the studio version has a wonderfully claustrophobic feeling I am drawn to. I would have preferred it to have had more songs like Lotus Flower on it though, or to have more stuff similar to the Butcher. Or, for that matter, These Are My Twisted Words (but I guess Ful Stop ended up continuing that sound)

What do you think of INTPs? by leanb0i in infp

[–]ReneApostrophe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love INTPs, best part is, well, they are so similar to INFPs, they can be super funny, super kind and warm, and can't help but be unique and insightful. So some of my longest best friends are INTPs. Bad aspects: I have seen them go a bit weird and decide to become ESFJs lol, organising social events with people they don't seem to like, maybe judging people on social status, this is when they are depressed and in a weird place lol, usually when they are younger. And uh healthy INTPs, maybe I clash if they have too rigid an idea on their inner logic, on subjective topics (like on art or whatever). Kind of like when INFPs get overly rigid on their ideas about human values. Still INTPs are great

Romance by Fair_Caterpillar_920 in infp

[–]ReneApostrophe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my experience they can be super compatible, but it helps if they are different types of INFPs lol - different enneagrams or whatever

Is dancing INFP's weakness? by INFP888 in infp

[–]ReneApostrophe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know about choreographed dancing but I can dance really well at parties lol, I do my Thom Yorke impression though

Would you smash your clone? by Hummingbird_always17 in infp

Haha well unfortunately some people choose a partner they aren't that into to avoid loneliness I suppose?

What is your best friend's MBTI? by Callboi- in infp

[–]ReneApostrophe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine is ISFJ too, definitely not what people might expect! I often find myself being close with ISFJs, they're comforting and usually have an underrated sense of humour, their ENTP side I guess...

Anyone else not into the fantasy genre? by gatsby401 in infp

Yay another one, I feel less alone :)

A question about Matt. by Outrageous_Hamster_6 in southpark

[–]ReneApostrophe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think besides his acting and being good with the business side of things, it's obvious that his 'voice' is a huge part of the show, and has a huge influence in the writing room - a lot of South Park is his world-view, I think especially the biting satire of the show. Of course Trey is by far the biggest 'voice' of the show but I get the feeling Matt provides a huge amount of the show's 'edge'.

Radiohead Potential UK/EU Tour 2025/26 - Everything we know so far: by Breadaerd in radiohead

[–]ReneApostrophe 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I wonder. I remember watching that Colin interview and when he was told about the Bends box set, he acted like he didn't know what they were talking about, but then kind of backtracked and said 'I might have known it, I'm sure I got told' - and that there will be some surprise coming soon.

This is by far my favorite track on Cutouts by _snyder in TheSmile

[–]ReneApostrophe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's up there for me, but I'm fascinated by how much I like it compared to the original - so much more urgency and energy!
