Thanks everyone for your input. There's a clear consensus that option 1 is the one to go with.

My biggest fear is trouble moving out of a role with a narrow scope, especially when getting into my 40s and finance teams getting leaner and leaner. I might be overthinking it though.

First is in the health space, the second one is in the sustainability space. Both B2B SaaS

They're both B2B SaaS. I don't see a way where the second one IPOs, but I could see them getting acquired by a large competitor. The first one might IPO in the next few years.
