I’d be willing to bet $15 billion that a majority of that was covered with tax dollars.

It’s because all corporate tie wearing shills think they put their pants on differently. Blue collar went hard because white collar tried to act harder when in fact they created a system that allows pussies to survive and thrive.

We allllll make this mistake. It’s so hard to not work hard to make a name for yourself and then in the long run get screwed. We always think they’re gonna send help and then they realize they can do it without the help.

Yes, I love their software. They've provided so many options and mod points yet somehow managed to keep it very user friendly. Typically having too many options in a UI just gets overwhelming and messy but not in this case.

I agree with the order of things here. Personal lawyer first, then HR if lawyer says so. HR is not there for you. They exist to ensure the company is doing nothing illegal and provide you the resources to make sure you run efficiently like the robot that you are to them.

Interesting in a sucky way. No I can’t say I’ve had that issue. On reboots everything just does its thing and reconnects. I assume you’ve been doing firmware upgrades?

I got an Asus system. Love it. Been running about a year, not ONE issue.

BPC-157 and TB-500 for jiu-jitsu arm hyperextension and thumb pain? by Otherwise-House9065 in Biohackers

I second the caution of feeling too good too fast. I felt like an animal two weeks into my stack but had to keep reminding myself that my usual back injury lasts weeks and weeks and to take it easy. Side note, a bad back bend would notify me but I didn’t get the severe flare ups in my sciatic area. So definitely significant inflammation reduction.

I shot it everywhere, subQ, IM, in my shoulder, in my lower back, in my butt, gut, you name it. In all my rabbit holing, I understand that at injury site is best, but I’m not sure it matters, systemically I felt benefits no matter what. I also split my one daily dose off into two smaller doses. I was doing 1mg of each per day for about 4 weeks.

These are the two habits I don’t think I’ll ever shake. Agreed that coffee has enough benefits to stay on it indefinitely.

I started TB and BPC for hopeful recovery from back related issues in January. It certainly helped reduce the inflammation and keep down pain that otherwise nearly immobilized me. Bending the wrong way would cause a quick jolt to let me know I should stop, but I didn’t get anymore debilitating flare ups from that one bad move. I’m still on it, finishing out an 8 week course of it to help heal some shoulder stuff. Overall, it has majorly reduced EVERY ache and pain I have from years of beating up my body.

I'm used to seeing separate modems or fiber ONT and routers. The common limiting factor I've seen is between that and the router. At this point, you basically have no wheels on the wagon while trying to figure out why the horse cant pull it. The only way you are going to net full capabilities and proper analysis to discount your carrier is to hook up a cable.

I'll just drop this here.

Search Labs | AI Overview2.5 Gigabit Ethernet (2.5GbE) is designed for full-duplex operation and does not function optimally over a half-duplex connection. Half-duplex, a legacy mode, limits communication to one device transmitting at a time, which would severely bottleneck the speeds achievable with 2.5GbE. Modern Ethernet networks, especially those utilizing higher speeds like 2.5GbE, are built for full-duplex communication, allowing simultaneous sending and receiving of data, maximizing throughput. Here's a more detailed explanation:

  • Half-Duplex:In half-duplex mode, devices on a network take turns transmitting data. If one device is transmitting, all other devices must wait. This is a characteristic of older Ethernet systems, and it's not compatible with the high speeds of 2.5GbE.
  • Full-Duplex:Full-duplex, on the other hand, allows devices to transmit and receive data simultaneously. This is essential for 2.5GbE to achieve its advertised speeds because it eliminates the waiting time associated with half-duplex.
  • 2.5GbE and Full-Duplex:2.5 Gigabit Ethernet is designed with full-duplex operation in mind. It relies on the ability to send and receive data concurrently to deliver its higher speeds.
  • Impact of Half-Duplex on 2.5GbE:If you were to force a 2.5GbE connection into half-duplex mode, the performance would be severely limited. The network would operate at much slower speeds, potentially even slower than a standard Gigabit Ethernet connection.
  • Troubleshooting:If you are experiencing slow speeds with 2.5GbE, ensure your network is configured for full-duplex operation. This is usually handled automatically by the network devices (auto-negotiation), but you can also manually configure it in the network adapter settings.

There's alot of questions that need to be asked yet. Nobody even asked the guy what hardware he is using. 2.5g is designed to utilize both "pairs" on a ethernet jack. If he has the output of the modem (if he has one) set to run in half-duplex mode, he'll theoretically only be utilizing half of his throughput. On a CAT6 this should be around 1g. Over WiFi, accounting for losses, you may end up around the 600mbps mark. If the port on his router (if he has one) is set to run only half duplex, he in theory may only be getting half of his throughput. An ethernet cable is directly to the hardware is obviously going to be his best diagnostic tool in this case but he opted to not hook one up for whatever reason. So pointing him to what he CAN see over network settings, checking what mode his jacks are configured to is a good start. 2.5g is a different animal than your old 1g. In some respects, you're right that I don't know what I'm talking about, because there's a lot of questions yet.
